Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven growth marketer to join's team.

The Growth Marketing Manager will be key in developing long-term growth by building impactful, scalable and repeatable marketing programs that drive the way we connect with potential users and current customers.

What you will do:

  • Build a plan that creates growth for with the goal of generating, nurturing and retaining users;
  • Analyze the customer lifecycle, including the identification of leading and lagging indicators for success across each stage;
  • Create A/B experiments to maximize customer acquisition programs;
  • Define, architect and build experiments to improve customer on-boarding and conversion;
  • Acquire leads using a portfolio of techniques. It includes search, landing page, paid acquisition, retargeting, emailing, social media posts, content creation, and many other techniques;
  • Create, adjust and analyze paid campaigns (Reddit, Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) and optimize them to increase the budget on top campaigns;
  • Investigate campaign performance by using business intelligence tools, third-party analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics) and iterate on the growth plan according to performance and results;
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and focus the growth and demand generation activities on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation with deep knowledge in SEO, SEA, CRO to develop lifecycle marketing;
  • Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager);
  • Able to leverage basic coding skills (JS, HTML, CSS) to automate your marketing efforts;
  • Experience in establishing multi-channel marketing goals and deliverables to accelerate growth and user acquisition;
  • A love for data and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics;
  • Constant learner to stay up to date with the best marketing and growth hacking practices;
  • Strong technical generalist background to be able to talk with our technical team;
  • Past experience as a developer is a plus (our end users are technical: developers, CTO, etc);
  • Experience with a PaaS company is a plus;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly;
  • Native English speaker or at least fluent.

This role will be in Bordeaux office (France) or remote.
