We are looking for an Integration Engineer with a desire to work in a technical pre-sales role.
Acting as a point of contact with external IT and governance teams, you will take the time to assess and understand the user requirements and integration roadblocks.
You are responsible for providing the technical win, product fit and trust at customer accounts.
You lead the technical pre-sales relationship, proposes technical architectures, demonstrates the product, anticipates concerns, and offers creative solutions.
You are both technical and a skilled relationship builder in external user discussions and user champions in internal engineering discussions.
You are comfortable showing an engaging communications experience and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English with the ability to communicate with a CTO, Developer or Product Manager.
You have the ability to gather requirements and translate into detailed design documents.
Using first-hand customer knowledge, you contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and impact product strategy, working with all parts of the team to ensure its offerings continue to satisfy its users’ needs.
3+ years pre-sales experience selling technical products and a strong technical generalist background
Fluency in at least 2 programming languages with 2+ years of production-level software developer experience
Comfort with code-level debugging
Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s communications needs and guide them to a technical solution
Experience building with REST APIs
Creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success
Effective communication skills across channels (phone, email, & chat), demonstrating compassion and empathy towards customers.
This role will be required to work Eastern Standard Time time zone.
